Growing terribly frustrated with the inability to get help with where my KASPA went!

  • retag add tags

I spent several hours clicking 'scan more addresses' the other day with still no resolution. I'm not the only one, yet no developer/help desk or actual solutions. Please reply to this thread if you are in the same boat or better yet, get someone on here that is willing to help and not keep sending us down time consuming rabbit holes.

They treat us as beginners and ignorant instead of helping those of us who have been robbed and increase security!

Who sent you on rabbit holes and where? You only have 2 posts in this forum and the other one was not answered(for that I'm sorry), was it discord? Lets try a fresh install? Do this https://wiki.kaspa.org/en/faq#my-kdx-re… and only after the wallet is synched to 100% restore from seed.

I have already done that multiple times in the KDX wallet. I've also "recovered from seed" the mobile wallet multiple times and none of the Kaspa I have mined to the original address since December has shown up and I continued to mine to that address for over a month after my Kaspa first disappeare

Finally, I pointed my miner to the address that first pops up when I "restore from seed" and new freshly mined Kaspa is being added to my wallet. However, the mystery still exists as to what has happened to my original Kaspa and why the original "mine to address" no longer links up to my wallet.

and no, I did not allow someone else to take control/hijack my wallet. There is a disconnect with the software that most likely requires someone with access to the wallet's database/blockchain to fix.
