Funds are no longer appearing and no outgoing transaction has been made.

I have an online Kaspa account. My wallet has gone from 5799 Kaspa to almost zero overnight. What is strange is that there is no outgoing transaction. So I would like to know if someone could help me amend the issue. I'd like to believe there was no malice here and a simple mistake was made. I genuinely hope this is the case.
